If an employee fails to login/out of the biometrics/Timecard or any timekeeping device use by the company are they not entitled to received their pay for the said day even if there are other means to prove of their attendance?
Given the benefit that the company has the timekeeping policy..do we not have the right as employee to get our pay for the rendered service? We just need your legal thoughts on the said issue so we may know if we can file a case against it.
